Evaluating production systems and support areas to identify constraints, establish flow, and stabilize production relative to demand
Integrating Lean fundamentals (visual management, cell design, production buffering / load balancing, 5S, Kaizen, Hoshin/Leadership) into operational systems
Designing and facilitating rapid improvement events of operational shop processes and procedures to assure optimal cycle time performance and establish self sustaining continuous improvement initiatives through knowledge transfer
Supporting operational leadership as they continue to adjust processes, procedures and resources required to achieve optimum cycle time performance

Supply Chain Performance
Performing comprehensive assessment of key supply-chain operational parameters along with on-site analysis of current operational systems, resources, processes and procedures to identify constraints and operational short-comings
Developing action initiatives to improve supply chain processes and procedures and embed fundamental Lean practices to overcome constraints and reduce inventory levels required to support production volumes
Leading joint supplier/customer rapid improvement events to resolve product and process issues in the extended supply chain
Supporting leadership team as they continue to adjust schedules and strive to optimize supply chain support to operational performance
Evaluating OEM and 3rd Party Vendor Component Repair contracts, Vendor Consignment and Leasing Proposals and assistance in contract negotiations and/or assessment of material management processes
