Air Carrier & MRO Start-up and Certification
		Providing assistance and counsel on all aspects of start-up/certification program including:
		Developing initial business and operational plans
		Developing and manage project plan for all aspects of the start-up process
		Developing policies and procedures, manuals, and hiring
		Providing support through all aspects of certification phases
		Providing assistance for certificate expansion including:
		Accelerated ETOPS approval Part 121 & 135 air carrier fleet expansion and/or cargo to passenger authorization Part 145 Repair Stations certification and certificate expansion including development of all manuals and programs

Technical Operations Assistance
		Providing operational leadership for all phases of airline and MRO technical operations
		Optimizing asset utilization, value-added re-engineering, cost reduction programs (initial and second round reviews), regulatory compliance, and organization restructuring including:
		Maintenance and Reliability Programs Engineering and Aircraft Certification Fleet, Engine and Component Management Aircraft Manual Developments Engineering services for workload peaks or infrequently occurring tasks

Safety, CASS & Reliability Programs
		Developing and implementing FAA compliant Safety, CASS and Reliability Programs including support during FAA approval process
		Providing statistical and analytical support to the management of these critical programs
		Developing action initiatives associated with the management of these programs

Maintenance Program and Air Carrier Manual Development
		Customizing programs and manuals tailored to the specific needs of the client’s operation
		Providing upgrading of existing manual systems to meet FAA/ATOS or similar standards

Compliance and Benchmarking Performance Audits
		Performing operational, process and procedures audits of actual performance against regulatory and industry standards including FAA/ATOS, ICAO/SMS and IATA/IOSA requirements
		Performing audits and assessments of operational parameters to develop benchmark standards
		Developing and administering internal evaluation programs
