TeamSAI Consulting Increases Emphasis in its LEAN Practice

Denver, Co. – TeamSAI, Inc. aviation and business innovation consultants, is pleased to announce that Mike McBride has joined the firm to lead and reinforce the firm’s use of LEAN tools and Constraints Management concepts in its Operational and Financial Improvement services practice.

Mike, a recognized LEAN Master, joins TeamSAI as Vice President – LEAN Consulting to continue to develop and grow this critical optimization tool for the MRO industry. McBride brings 12 years of LEAN/Six Sigma and 18 years of commercial aviation expertise to the practice. His industry experience includes executive positions in the maintenance, cargo, and airport operations divisions at Delta Air Lines, corporate directorship of operational excellence at TIMCO Aviation Services, and founder/president of the Value Stream Engineering Group, Inc., a LEAN/Synchronous Management consulting firm.

His work has twice been published in industry periodicals and he enjoys participating as a guest speaker or panel member at continuous improvement events when his schedule allows.
